Marion Krutchkoff is the Director of Operations for BANHS. She is responsible for dealing with the day to day management and overall functions of the organization.

Marion has 37 years experience in Real Estate. Starting as an agent, she attained her broker's license and opened her own office. Marion's Real Estate career has included positions in Marketing, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Training and Management.

Highly skilled in Quality Assurance and Training, Marion expanded into Software Development for Financial Services, managing all facets of Testing and Quality Assurance throughout the development life cycle, creating User Manuals and Training staff.

She has held positions on many professional boards and has volunteered for numerous non-profit organizations. Marion currently works with her homeowners' association and local fund raising charities.
